RTC 4.0.5 doesn't like to load the extension

Hi,
we're currently evaluating reviewboard in our RTC setup.

After some ado i managed to build the eclipse-plugin (at least eclipse says it know it in the about-plugins page) and the RTC plugin.
After performing mvn install (is that correct?) on org.reviewboard.rtc, I found a directory "repository" under org.reviewboard.rtc\org.reviewboard.rtc.update-site\target\repository\

There are just jar-files without any binary content, though

This dir I copied to /opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer/server/conf/ccm/sites and adapted the site.xml so it doesn't refer to version="1.0.0.qualifier" but version="1.0.0.201402101343"

And now RTC tries to load the feature but nothing happens wrt the mentioned config pages...

Could you please come back to me so we can find out what I did wrong?

Could you please declare a LICENSE for this project?

Having a license for your project is important as it defines how others may use and or contribute to your code.

Copyright headers on source files are also important for consumers to track the pedigree of the code they consume.

I'm quite interested to have our team try this out. We're currently on 4.0.3. Any reason this wouldn't work with the newer version?

Also, the last step talks about configuring it in the eclipse client. Can you provide any more detail about that?

And, any word about getting the RB patch applied to the RB codebase so that we're not making custom changes to RB?
