O GLPI esta no mesmo servidor do Zabbix ? Configurou o WebServices ?

Sim estão no mesmo servidor. o web service 1.6 foi configurado.

apos refazer o tutorial novamente:: segundo erro Access denied for user 'glpi'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /opt/zabbix/externalscripts/tickets_zabbix_glpi.php on line 121

Se o seu problema for o mesmo que eu tive, você edita o arquivo tickets_zabbix_glpi.php e coloca a senha correta no campo $password = "suasenha"
