make compatible with linux distributions

• Currently jours uses the open command, which is not valid on linux / windows. Use xdg-open and start respectively.
• The default journal location is ~/Documents. This is only a default directory on MacOS, so use $HOME as the default location.

get jours version from command

Implement a simple command that allows the following command

$ jours version 
1.0.4
# or 
$ jours -v
1.0.4

add man page or usage cmd

allow something like jours help with detailed usage notes.

Inactive journal not encoded on logout if previously unlocked

Description: Inactive journal not encoded on logout if previously unlocked or if new entry

Steps to recreate:

Create a new journal
jours create test
Compose an entry
jours compose
Switch to a new journal
jours switch different-journal
Logout
jours logout
Log back in
jours login
Observe that entries in test journal aren't encoded, but are txt files.

allow different editors in config

When a journal is initiated the user should be given an option to set the default way of viewing and editing a journal. Currently the only option is using the open command which is macos specific. Allow, vi, vim, nano, maybe others?

add update command

Write a jours update command that automatically pulls the latest version.
It will compare the current version to the incoming version and confirm that the user wants to update.
