Compiles with GCC4.

Credits

The code is mainly from Daniel Holden's excellent Build Your Own Lisp. He also wrote the mpc parser combinator library used herein.

Code is CC BY-NC-SA 3.0, except mpc which is BSD License.

Better readline solution.

At the moment, the project is just using the dummy fake readline functions from the book's code, because I couldn't find any sort of readline library.

According to this thread though, there might be a local similar library in OS_Readline, so in the future we should probably consider using it instead: https://www.riscosopen.org/forum/forums/5/topics/3378

We could leave the Windows and Unix code intact, and just add an additional #if defined for Risc OS instead if we want to make this project still buildable on those platforms in the future, or we can just cut them entirely and dedicate it to risc OS.
