Memory Game

Your favorite childhood concentration game - Now in a web browser!

Getting Started

The object of the game is to find 8 matched pairs in as little time as you can. Timer will begin with the first card you click on. You only have 2 minutes to find 8 pairs.

The moves counter will increment on every failed match.

A star rating system is used to rate your performance.

Complete the game in under 30 seconds and or 5 mismatches - 3 stars. If it is less then 1 minute and 10 or more mismatches - 2 stars. Finish in under 2 minutes - 1 star.

This game features 3 background music tracks and 3 background images. There are a total of 45 different images randomly chosen before the game begins. The gradient colors used in the playfield are randomly chosen on each restart.

Prerequisites

A modern web browser capable of the latest javascript implimentation.

Installing

1. Download zipped file from github or clone the repository.
2. Extract the files into a folder if you downloaded the zip.
3. Open the index.html file with your browser.

Deployment

Copy files and directory structure to your www root folder or sub folder. Link to the wwwroot\matching-game\index.html location from another page.
