Add URL to connect

In addition to username and password arguments, add the required URL argument to the connect call.

Does the basic scheme still work after adding authentication handlers?

After all of the updates, I was unable to use the library in my project. It turns out that my camera is using the 'digest' authentication scheme and not 'basic'. To fix this for me, I changed _basic_auth() to detect which scheme is being requested and then create a handler for that scheme. It works great for me but I don't know if it broke basic.

Can you checkout the branch called 'feature/auth_handler' and make sure it still works for you?

Basic auth no longer supported on new firmware for this camera

I don't know if you're still maintaining this, but I modified your module to use the digest auth that the newer firmwares use. If you want to integrate it into your code, feel free. Thanks!
