PM editing of active story

The ability to ask for the full text of the story, and do simple editing and proof-reading, in private messages with the bot, so the story can go on but people can see scrollback and clean up mistakes before it's finished and posted.

Time limit on a turn

If someone takes more than a certain amount of time, they should lose their turn and someone else should get a chance. Hopefully this will help prevent stalled stories.

Greeting message on join

When someone joins the channel, especially while a story is in session, send them a greeting message explaining how to join the story.
