Causes Unresponsive Page Due to Increasing "Hidden Information Count"

Issue Overview

I have observed that the count for "Hidden Information" in our Google Extension keeps increasing indefinitely. Although the count keeps rising rapidly, I have a feeling that it might just be a symptom of a deeper problem. This issue eventually locks up the webpage and makes it unresponsive.

What's Happening

So, the counter for "Hidden Information" just goes up and up until the webpage can't take it anymore and freezes. Here's a screenshot to show what I mean:

Because of this, I had to disable the whole 'Hidden Information' feature for now. It's a bit of a headache because I can't even check if the other parts related to it are working fine or not.

Over-identifying hidden information on a webpage

As titled, the following is just an example I encountered during my browsing process; I am unsure whether other webpages may have similar issues.

Functionality of jump to next and standard of label/highlight

1. I have changed container of hiddenInfo (hiddenElements) from set to array, considering usability of index. Would you connect it into jump to next logic?

2. I have set templete of "labelPattern" and "highlightPattern" in the second-to-last and third-to-last functions in "content.js". Is possible to modify and call these functions in all kinds of dark patterns for consistency?

(From my understanding, "label" is for all caught patterns and "highlight" is only for the single pattern that currently selected by user with jump to next.)
