Run Insight Database Benchmarks for the latest SDK 7.0.201

Add more Benchmarks

Expand the scenarios to include the following scenarios:

• Expando tests
• Dynamic tests
• Insert tests
• Update tests
• Async tests
• using Stored Procedure tests
• Tuple mapping tests
• Json tests
• Xml tests

Add Benchmark scenarios for Postgresql

• Add to CI if that scenario is finished.

Sql Server benchmark is not working on CI

Describe the bug

Currently the ci is not benchmarking correctly sql server as it is giving the following error:

1. kickstart the ci on appveyor.yml

Expected behavior

1. It should correctly build

• Dotnet version: [net6.0]
• Library version: [Latest]
• OS version: [windows]

Update Benchmarks for Dotnet 7.0

Describe the feature

Execute the benchmarks and upgrade them to dotnet 7.0

Move sql server instance to docker

For greater portability.
