Implement better compiler flags parsing mechanism

Currently parsing and extracting include headers from compile_commands.json is done in a pretty simplistic and probably fragile way.

Add dependency list to the documentation.

Remove `g++` dependency to find out the system headers

Solution:

1. (Better) Find out which toolchain is being used for the project given the configuration file we are using.
2. Depending on the platform we're running on use appropriate toolchain. But then we have to find out which ones are existing on the system and we can run into another bunch of problems ...

Make libclang deps be part of the repo

Better for many obvious reasons than current approach.

How to install this with vim

Hi,
I found the discussion hard to follow. I want to use cxxd with its accompanying vim plugin. Can you please outline the steps what needs to be done.

Enable defining a range for semantic syntax highlight

Big files take a lot of time to generate and apply syntax rules for. We need a mechanism to denote we want to operate on a sub-range (e.g. viewport).
