Packaged qooxdoo.js

Thank you for that project. Qooxdoo development is much easier with typescript.

Can you give some information about the building of qooxdoo.js lib? I can make similar package using source-hybrid goal from some application for example. But qx.registry.registerMainMethod is not a qooxdoo function. How this function works?

qx.io is not found

I checked your latest update here but qx.io does not exist. The one I downloaded from CATS has it.

Sorry, this is not an issue but I just want to show a sample web app I created using qx-type as proof of concept. Please feel free to move this as part of wiki or anywhere it may be of use.

Personally, I enjoyed doing it even if this is my first application using TypeScript and qx-type (QooxDoo for TypeScript) and RequireJS.

I'm will continue discovering this great tool.

Latest Update has 13 errors from 0 errors in previous

From the previous version of 0 errors, the latest version produces 13 errors. i.e. by replacing HTMLElement with "any" fixed it but I'm not sure if it has more side-effects so I rolled back to the previous version for now.

Convert Qooxdoo Dialog Library

Can you teach/help me convert this dialog library https://github.com/cboulanger/qx-contrib-Dialog to qx-typed? I found it a very nice add on library which deals with common UI.

If you can teach me how to convert just one class i.e. dialog.Alert, then maybe I can use that pattern to convert the rest.

Maybe a definition file is enough? I'm confused with the use of qx.Class.define in the code as well as using Maps inside which makes it harder to convert...

In the meantime, I'm following trying to understand your codes in CATS i.e. the use of ConfigDialog inheritance to create data entry forms. I did have a similar approach in C#.NET learning Typescript is easier. However, the libraries around Qooxdoo are written in Javascript.

Visual Studio Project

First of all, I like to mention I like qooxdoo a lot but I dislike JavaScript coding because I'm basically a statically typed guy from C#. I've been searching google every now and then for "Qooxdoo Typescript" every now and then until I found your work. By the way, do you have a sample using Visual Studio?

How to specify the main html file or customRun in the project settings

Hi,

I am trying to run the qx-typed application and did everything as it was prescribed (or at least that what I think),

but I am getting this error:

"Please specify the main html file or customRun in the project settings"

and do not know how to fix it :(
