Add Support for Debian NFS Server as Specified in README
Allow NFS daemons to use static ports for easier firewall configuration
On CentOS, the default NFS server configuration dynamically chooses ports. This makes it difficult to allow the service through the iptables firewall.
This can be worked around by adding a file { '/etc/sysconfig/nfs': ...} resource to the host that notifies nfs::server::rhel::services, but this is ugly.
Allow the /etc/exports file to be managed externally if desired.
Inclusion of the nfs::server module currently mandates that all management of the /etc/exports file be done through the nfs::export type. We should allow the user to manage the exports externally if desired.
