Add a timeout to unformatted code to give the user a chance to edit.

allow starting commands with `!!`

CapricaSix used to do that, and || renders quite badly on my screen because they're not always at least one pixel and it just looks weird.

Plugins should use softReply function instead of getVariableUsername for replies

Many plugins use getVariableUsername to soft reply instead of the built in softReply method.

Old keywords don't work anymore

So before you could make commands using to mention the user calling the command, for the message calling the command, and substitutions in the command where done using $0,$1... syntax.

That seems to have changed to syntax like {0}...and broke lots of commands. Also doesn't work at all anymore.

This change should be adressed, either by going back to the old syntax or changing the existing commands to use the new syntax.

Link to room rules is deprecated. Update needed.

The url just has to be replaced. As I don't have the new one here is just the issue.

Remove request lib

its deprecated, use fetch instead

Remove old doc system

On some of the older plugins the older doc system still exists. The older doc system was basically an empty function with JS doc code. Any descriptions on how the commands work should be added to the description objects of the commands for example here.
