enable subheads / sections to be visible in drop down menu

As a user, I want to be able to see all of the things on the site. If possible, please enable all subheads / sections to be visible in the drop down menu on your phone - if this is too hard, ignore! Another idea would be to just add a search bar.

For ex, I would be able to see this in the drop down menu.

top 10 resources is geared for grantmakers, not artists, and needs to go below the Report section. Right now it is under the fixed area right after the intro to the Study section.

Replace the emojis with custom illustrations that scale (if possible - not that amplify and study pngs are labeled wrong) and

each of these sections - study, connect, amplify, and move money should link to that section of the site.
