[Layout] Create auto-resizable layout

Create a layout which can automatically resize the video media element (grid view etc.).
Right now the media element has fixed size and resizing the window does not affect any of the controls.

The same applies to buttons (i.e. they should move depending on the media element size).

Some kind of grid should be able to fix it.

[Playback] Add subtitles handling

Subtitles are already visible (at least on my computer) - this is probably due to the codec that is used.
The task is to add possibility to enable/disable subtitles.

[Transcoding] Create ANY transcoder

This may be a longer task, since it involves mainly research and choosing the best option.

Create a transcoder, no matter of what type.
It may be necessary to use [DllImport] attribute (like JNI in Java).

[Layout] Add stop button and movie progressbar

To complete the basic GUI, stop button and movie progressbar must be added.
