Debounce rendering

Currently, we throttle rendering, but it doesn't offer much benefit, as the diagram state is frequently invalid while the user is typing.

Instead, we should debounce rendering, rendering when the user pauses typing. This will also result in a smoother experience for Safari, which can stutter a bit if we render too often while the user types.

Set minimum editor dimensions, bound view

Ensure that the editor has a minimum height or width, depending on the layout, so that it never is invisible.

Additionally, we should bound the view dimensions and set overflow on it so that the user can scroll in it independently.
