Structure project as monorepo

The project should be structured as a monorepo, with indy-cli and indy-core as the two subpackages.

Description

The project's snapshot tests are working locally, but failing on CircleCI. Explore why this is happening.

To run tests locally:

1. npm run build
2. npm test

Find better way to determine if process failed than stderr

Many commands print to stderr when they are actually successful, such as jest and npm uninstall. Therefore, there needs to be a better way to determine whether an error occurred.

Support peer dependencies

Trial modifies package.lock file

Dependency swap result being reported incorrectly

Description

After Dependent.swapDependency finishes successfully, it outputs a message saying it swapped from X to Y, but X and Y are always the same:

@jcowman/indy-test-client's @jcowman/indy-broken-lib dependency swapped from ^1.0.0 to ^1.0.0 successfully.

This message should be fixed.

Cache dependents in local store

Description

To save time when downloading dependents to trial, Indy should support a local store that contains the most recent versions of the dependents.

Typo in the CLI description for trial --build

In the CLI, the description of the trial command's build option reads:

semicolon-delimited list of commands to run whenever the package's dependencies to change.

The second to should be removed.
