Add argument validation

Make sure users only pass two extra arguments when running the script: a source file and and a destination file

Create a test command

a quick demonstration users can run from the terminal to show how it works. Maybe add a test folder back in? And just add a script to run the tool on those files?

Allow for selective copying of source variables

Just like how you can have noncharcoal variables in the destination file, it would make sense that you have some constants in your source file you don't want/need to share over to SCSS, so come up with some syntax (like a comment) to denote the beginning of variables you want to translate.

If there is no comment to denote this switch from noncharcoal to charcoal variables, assume all variables are charcoal variables.

Ensure correct filetypes

Add some sort of validation to ensure that the source file is a JS file, and the destination file is a SCSS file (maybe even ensure its a mixin?).
