Setup:

/> conda create --name flet pythom=3.12
/> conda activate flet

This installs an old version of Flet (v0.1.52) while the latest and greatest Flet is much newer (v0.11).
https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/flet

/> conda install -c conda-forge flet

Pip is pulling the latest and greatest:

/> pip install flet flet_contrib
