getScriptTagID is crap

It was written during prototyping, but theoretically could be recursed infinitely (highly unlikely). Clean up the call to try to prevent recursion.

Make Vixen more unix-y

poll/signal were initially meant to implement poll and signal from the POSIX standard in an JavaScript fashion. That was abandoned initially with the callback functionality (out of laziness), however it may have value.

Add a minified version of the source to github

There is currently no build process, so this would have to be done manually on update. Maybe something for when a few more bugs are fixed.

Add a timeout to polling

Create the ability to pass an additional parameter to init that automatically destroys the poll handler and stops polling after timeout milliseconds.

Signalling and Polling the same URL has the change the create collisions

Because of the way this data is stored, there is a very rare chance that a set of script tags with the same ID will be created.

General code updates

There is a bit of code duplication between the signal and poll calls, some of the docblocks are crap, etc.
