Expand maps functionality

Maps are more of a map/reduce, Need to implement a reduce filter that grabs top five, latest five, etc. Also should add a "random" map.

Create the ability to filter based on multiple maps

Consider the following:

Tag associations
Search terms
Categories
Archives

Need to be able to say "This page is rendering with a post in this category," etc.

Add caching for filters and maps.

Right now if you have a group of maps that reference filters, those filters are executed repeatedly. The filter class (or the environment) should cache previously requested filters. It is assumed that all filters and maps are deterministic in a single execution.

Create publishers

Publishers, in the HTML sense at least, merge a map or series of maps.

A publisher consists of a layout (in html files at least), filename format, a series of associated maps, and...that's about it?

A publisher should determine which maps make up its filename. If a map is referenced but not part of the filename, it is likely part of a page component and the LAST item in that map should be returned.

Templates in maps should not be rendered until publish time, so that they can reference values in the publish scope during render (e.g. a component can contain the title of the page it is on in its template).
