meshes with holes

Near as I can tell, trying to generate a mesh from a polygon that has a hole in the middle of it doesn't work properly; there are triangles inside the holes. I can manually select and delete them, but that's a little tedious.

Replace "Triangle" python module with executable

The "Triangle" python module is hard to build on Windows (too many dependencies that aren't typically satisfied). Using the standalone Triangle program (similar to the EasyMesh program) should be more portable.

Automatically clip all layers to boundary polygon

EasyMesh doesn't handle segments that cross the domain boundary very well. It also has problems if the end of a segment is very close to another segment (creates elements that fall outside the domain).

By automatically clipping all layers with the boundary polygon, these problems could be avoided.

Should be able to use the standard fTools plugin for this.
