chk with test-case doubles test count

When you use chk with test-case:

#lang racket/base

(module+ test
  (require rackunit chk)
  (test-case "example"
    (chk 1 1)))

Running raco test will report two successes.

raco test: (submod "chk.rkt" test)
2 tests passed

Tests failing in package build server

See the transcript. It's hard to tell if this is a real failure or if uses of chk that are meant to fail are logging failures with test-log! and being counted by raco test. If it's the latter, test-log-enabled? can be used to disable failure logging for these expressions.

Dependency testing-util-lib causes conflict

With Racket 6.5, installation fails because of a conflict between testing-util-lib and rackunit. It looks like this is due to a recent reorganization of rackunit. I replaced testing-util-lib by rackunit in info.rkt, and everything works fine for me, but I am far from certain that this is the right fix, so I don't propose a pull request.
