Use the "offset" API parameter to cycle through search results

Right now if you search for the same term (ex: pizza) the API is always going to return the same results. The solution is to store search queries and their times in order to increase the "offset" and get different search results.

User searches for pizza
App detects the search and checks if pizza has been searched at some point in the last day
If pizza has not been searched, returns offset of 0
If pizza has been searched, bumps the offset by 1

This should step through search results. The best option for this will probably be redis because it's fast and there's a free tier of redis cloud on Heroku so we can continue to deploy there.

Businesses without images cause an undefined method error
