The extensions does not work under Ubuntu 22.04.1. The (Gnome) Extension applet reports "The extension is incompatible with the current GNOME version"

Go to dconf Editor, org - gnome - shell, find disable-extension-version-validation and turn it on. Alternatively, run gsettings set org.gnome.shell disable-extension-version-validation true. Then it should install. It works fine with that setting on (Fedora 36, GNOME 42.4).

I'm using Fedora 36 where there is version 42.2 of GNOME and I found that it is not compatible. Waiting for manual fix or update...

The metadata file has it listed as supported, but the update on EGO was rejected for a couple reasons. Hope these get fixed soon.

For users running Arch, I've created an AUR package for this extension named gnome-shell-extension-jiggle here.
It applies the necessary patches (see open PR #68 and #70) to make it function on GNOME 43.

Remove the locally installed version of jiggle in ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions when installing that package.
