Guest Platform Detection

This plugin is obviously only going to work with Unix guests. As such, there should be some detection somewhere so we don't try to run if some poor person tries to add users to a Windows Guest.

Refactor Group Adding to only fire when necessary and be non-destructive

Prior to the initial release I switched the call to usermod from being -a (add these groups) to -G (overwrite with these groups) because Ubuntu was throwing a fit on reload, because it was trying to re-add the same groups to the same user.

There should be an extra condition in that block to also check to see if the user has been added and if the user already belongs to the given groups, so the whole process can be skipped unless something changes.
