Start of Alexa skill to determine how many days are left in the school year If you want to create the data for your local school system follow these steps:

1. copy NYC20162017SchoolDates.json and name with your school distract and dates
2. In your copy of the file, change the start date and end dates to match your school dates
3. open makeSchoolDateJSON.py and point it at your newly created file
4. run makeSchoolDateJSON. This will create the JSON file for your district.

is there school on {date}

currently this method only works for today. need to figure out how to get it to work for an arbitrary date (tomorrow, specified date, etc).
