My guess is that LJMP target address bytes have to be un-swapped.
AJMP 11bit addressing is a bit more complicated..

Support for non-executable bytes/words/strings/tables

The binary source file can have blocks of code which are not executable code. Those blocks contain addresses (words), tables of bytes or words, or strings.
On https://github.com/GHJMorsink/udis you can find a modified version with support for it.
It has also Windows support, and a very limited support for labeling.

Adding support for undocumented 6502 instructions

I'm interested in adding support for undocumented/illegal opcodes in the 6502 , but I wanted to check with you before I went marching off on my own. My idea was to add in the undocumented opcodes but use a new flag parameter in the opcodeTable dictionary, and the main program could then check whether or not to display the undocumented pcode based on a command line flag. If the command line arg isn't set to display those, then the disassembly would look just like it does now.

Did you have any ideas? I'll probably implement it that way unless you've already had some plans in mind.

MC6801 / MC6803 support

The MC6800 is supported, but the MC6801 and MC6803 are not. The latter two are identical but for the addition of a few extra instructions.
