Remove prank from LoL channel

LeagueOfLegendsChannel.cs uses Rick Astley video as placeholder, that's probably funny but not after the first time it happens. Haven't tested if it actually is a thing though

Remove custom UserAgents

There is really no reason for them, the whole server should talk with one User Agent.
There may be some services with stupid filters where it will simply not work with unspoofed agent, but before that it needs to be tested with legit agent first.

They are in LoL, trailers I think..

HtmlAgilityPack duplicates for every plugin...

submodule this and check if the license is ok...

Deprecated Channels

Looking through to make a list of what channels can be deprecated/removed. For example, Revision3 is no longer in operation, and the website has been offline since March 31st 2017.

Since this is an older fork of this plug-in, some of this stuff has crept in, so let's remove what's no longer working/valid.
