0. include/ : utitlity, setbranch.h , parameters & cuts

1. MakeDsMinTree/  : Generate Minimum Ds Tree for later study

2. DataSample_List/ : a. store small sample of MC / the location of large DsMintree files (need to move Dntuple & other files to /mnt later to avoid file be delete in /scartch
											b. Calculate Sample Weight
					
3.1 PhiMassWindowCut / :

3.2 TMVA/ : cut optimization

4. MC_Eff/ : calculation Prompt/NonPrompt eff for phi & f0 (&kstar), for Yield extraction, also check swap 

5. BtoD_Result/ : N nonprompt D crosssection & Raa from Hao, convert to NonPrompt Ds crossection 

6. BuildFitFile_FromDsMinTree/ : Build TH1 histogram (& Roofit Data tree) from DsMintree for later fitting, includes variable scan histograms

7. SignalFit/ : Fitting with different fitting fuction, variable scan

8. CrossSection_dNdpt/ : From previous result, get central value & statistic uncertainty

9. Systematics/ : Summarize all systematic uncertainties DsPt shapes & others 

10. Results_RAA/ : Final results, RAA, Ds/D0 


11. plots/<class>/ : try to store all plots in these folder
