Leave files behind for shell session

In 53bb2a7 I add some data aggregation code at the end to leave two files behind for every country in the Gapminder excerpt:

• a PNG
• a .tsv file

The goal is to leave you good fodder for showing off file management from the shell. See what you think.

Something that bothers me is that several country names contain spaces and other punctuation, which then propagate to these filenames. But I am not eager to get into using gsub() and the like with them. Your thoughts on that?

Add lesson material for session 6 R functions

I add some material for session 6 R functions. The materials may seem different from what was covered by SWC in the notes you sent me, but I hope it covers the basic stuff.

If you have a chance, please have a look. I can always make changes/add more/minus some.
