Create new account view

After log-in, User is taken to Dashboard

Consider changing boolean "active" column in Sponsorships to some kind of enum attribute with values "pending", "declined", and "active"

Request view shows all of the Offers for that Request

Make an index with room for a mission statement, and a link to create an account.

(keep in mind that Facebook will be used for login before launch, so keep it easy, with no passwords).
