SNESAmp is licensed under GPL2 (or later). GPL requires all derivative works to be licensed under the GPL as well.

Base tag write unit test does not pass

Base tag read seems fine but writing one and then reading it back results in properties all being tuples!

No unit test

I'd like to add unit tests to this module to make refactoring and featuring adding easier. To do so I need some spc files for each scenario the module can encounter. e.g.: Normal with no tag, normal with only base tag, normal with extendedtag, plus one for each limit case we encountered while developping SnesTop, for instance, some Megaman X3 tracks. Most limit cases concern extended tag.

Having those files, or at least the name of them so I can find them, I'll be able to write proper tests and maybe restructure the project a bit.
