Turn vocabtest in to a web application

I suggest we turn the vocabtest project in to a web application with the following features.

• Create an account.
• Create a vocab test
  • Copy/paste a vocab definitions.
  • Set number of words to use for the test
• Do a vocab test in word, definition, or mixed mode.
  • See score / summary at end of test.
• Display score at end of test.

Missing README details

The README.md should contain information about how to run the problem and the minimum requirements for the program including the Python version.

Default vocab file

Currently you have to provide the vocab file you want to use, there should be a default file that is used if you do not provide one.

Answer correctly confirmation sees n as yes

Answering lowercase n to the did you answer correctly prompt will incorrectly see that answer as a positive / yes answer.

Main check (main guard)

The begin method should only be executed if the script is running in the main scope.

This allows the other methods to be imported without the side-effect of executing the begin method.

Add unittests for voctab test

I propose adding a test_vocabtest.py file with unit tests for testing the different functions of vocabtest.
