Correction is readme

In the first example of removeToken provided in readme, there 3 tokens removed but shown as 10.

Question regarding maxWait

May I please have some more description on the maxWait parameter? Could you please explain a bit more via an example? From the description and examples it is not really clear to me what it does.

set number of tokens manually?

Is it possible to set the number of tokens after initializing?

The api service i'm using will tell me the bucket level after every request I make, so i'd like to use this as a way to keep a more specific token count by calling 'setTokens(n)` after the request comes back.
