Duplicate images have different names

I'm assuming that this is because I have the script running on several different computers, but I need to find a way to fix this.

What I was thinking after doing a little search is that I could use pHash to compare the files and if they are 100% the same then I can just rename them to what they should be. I've included some links of systems/programs using pHash

Add web interface/database

It would be nice to have a database and web interface to manage the pictures while the program checks for duplicates in the background (#1). I wasn't sure how I wanted to get the pictures and what not, but I was thinking that I could just use a webdav connection to owncloud. Below is a python package for connecting to webdav servers
