Add main files in bower file.

Hi,

Great job done on the module. Could you please add main attribute to bower.json to indicate the file to be used from the package.

Ngloader.css is not injected by Gulp

Thanks for this awesome library,
My problem is that gulp does not inject nor the ngLoader.css or ngLoader.min.css when serving or even after a build.
Maybe one of them should be present in the main attribute of your bower.json

loader-content div position

Maybe position of loader-content div should be fixed. Because when you have a long page like in my case, and your submit button is at the bottom of your page, user never see the loader. And change position from absolute to fixed can solve it.

question : is it possible to have a larger loader

I have tried to modify the loader-container class to have a bigger loader overlay ( the spinner and the black background) but actually it doesn't work.

Here is the new class, i used:

.loader-container {
  height: 200px;
  width: 100%;
  position: relative;
  border: 1px solid #CCCCCC;
  overflow: hidden;
}

Is it possible to do have a larger loader?
