config_files's Issues

Error with install.sh

In Ubuntu 9.10 when running install.sh:

./install.sh: 35: [[: not found

I don't recall getting this error before running Ubuntu 9.04. Will look into it more when I get a chance... I'm sure it's something I overlooked.

Revert installation

Hi

I ran the install script for your config_files but I would really like to revert the changes. Does the install script create a backup of the previous files / versions?

If not, I would at least like to remove all changes made during the installation and go back to a standard Bash set up.

Could you give me some suggestions? I am on Mac OS X and am not unhappy using Terminal but am not that familiar with the commands and the standard files that should be there, and what purpose they should serve.

Many Thanks
Ian
