Modify proto main node so it runs both stand alone and writes received data to the USB port

Write a program to generate sample data

Node Vbat is broken

The data sent by the lora include Vbat, but the value is wrong. When the actual voltage is 2.7, the node reports it as 3.31. The voltage at the top of the V Divider is 1.905

Deploy new node.

Merge or drop the debug_cleanup branch of the leaf node

Done. Dropped most of the OLD code. Saves the standby time stuff and the explicit version numbers in the platformio.ini file.

SD card boot code fail when power is low

When Vbat is 2.8v, the first part of the SD card init works but writes do not. The second part of the SD card init write a header but does not test for failure. Fix so that it blinks when that part of the init process fails.

Fix the battery voltage monitor.

For some reason, the battery voltage sensing code does not register battery voltages below 3.35v. It's linear above that (3.7 down to ~3.35) and then it flatlines never showing less than 3.35v

Nor did dropping the SPI bus speed.

Sort out issues with the tests.

1. Fix them
2. modify code so they are easier to use. Make most of the code not dependent on the hardware so CICD can be used.
