Feature request: apm config set

Hi

The apm executable has a neat feature of managing configuration:
apm config set key value

One example:
apm config set 'https-proxy' 'http://localhost:8080/'

I am suggesting a feature like:

atom_config:
key: {{ item.key}}
value: {{ item.val }}
state: {{ item.state }}
with_items:
- { key: 'https-proxy', val: '{{ ansible_env.https_proxy }}', state: absent }
- { key: 'http-proxy', val: '{{ ansible_env.http_proxy }}', state: present }
