dependency on retiring spatial infrastructure packages

that rgdal, rgeos and maptools will be retired this
year, in October 2023.

dispeRse imports rgdal, but does not use the package (as detected by pkgapi) and does not declare it in NAMESPACE. This CMD check log is from a scenario in which sp uses sf in place of rgdal (raster already uses terra in place of rgdal):

This can be simulated by _SP_EVOLUTION_STATUS_=2 R CMD check dispeRse_1.0.tar.gz. sp's evolution status will change from 0 to 2 in June 2023, so you need to eliminate the problem now. Please refer to https://r-spatial.org/r/2023/04/10/evolution3.html for further guidance.
