Sort by number of tags in block

Instead of first come first serve, it might be better to sort tag columns by the number of tags inside the tag block. For example:

type Example struct {
    Field1 string `tag2:"value tag:"value"`
    Field2 string `tag:"value"`
    Field3 string `tag:"value" tag3:"value" tag2:"value"`
}

Would be aligned as

type Example struct {
    Field1 string `tag:"value" tag2:"value `
    Field2 string `tag:"value"`
    Field3 string `tag:"value" tag2:"value" tag3:"value"`
}

Support alignment for Fields blocks

Field blocks, separated by spaces within a struct, should each use their own alignment context, instead of a global alignment per struct.
