`create model` updates config.xml incorrectly

Overview: The model command's create action doesn't save information about the model's resource to config.xml.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new module. (I used magetool create module Bar.)
2. Invoke the create action with the model command, e.g.: magetool create model Order.

Actual Results: The config.xml file is updated to inform Mage that the module supplies one or more model classes, but the XML required to inform Mage that the created model has a corresponding resource is left out.

Expected Results: Magetool should add the XML necessary to register the presence of the model's resource.

Version & Platform: Version 0.1.6 on Ubuntu 9.10.

`register` action doesn't update configuration file

Overview: Using the register action with either of the block, helper, or model commands leaves the configuration file untouched.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new module. (I used magetool create module Foo.)
2. Invoke the register action with either of the block, helper, or model commands, e.g.: magetool register block.

Actual Results: Nothing happens.

Expected Results: Magetool should update the module's configuration file, adding the XML necessary to register the presence of blocks, helpers, or models.
