Here is the first try (without units for roi) that otherwise seemingly worked:

So I ran the same with -u um (without any brackets), which is when the error message started occurring, and kept occurring also if I removed the entire -r and -u flags. I hope I didn't manage to break the project.. Thanks for your input!

It does seem broken. I need to look at it to understand what’s going on. Maybe I’ll find some time in the coming days.

Hi Marianne,

It was not your fault. The reason is the latest commit and thus updated code.

You will need to add this line to your config_raw.json:

"quantile_samples": 10000,

In any freshly generated project this will not be necessary.
