Commands on Chrome 62+

Thanks for this plugin. We are using this in one of our customer's website for it's simple use. We know that maybe this editor not developing anymore, but we need a small fix.

There is an issue on commands for chrome and other browsers. All of the commands works for not contenteditable, but works for all document.

For example selectAll selects all page, not just contenteditable div.

Is there a quick solution for this?
