Fix database connection / query

Tried all kinds of methods to call query.filter and query.filter_by but to no avail. Resorted to query.all() and then call filter in Python (not efficient).

Not very critical.

This is a breaking change from separating the menu_items by type_of_meal.

Generate markdown via Jinja instead of string building

Currently using strings and adding arbitrary amounts of white spaces to prettify the bot response. A more flexible and elegant way to construct such responses would be to use Jinja to generate markdown. Need to check if this is feasible.

Currently no time for this but pull requests are welcome!

Separate breakfast and dinner in text

Create delete from database script

We have upload.py to load a local csv file into the database, but we do not have a delete / drop script. Currently, I will just go to the SQL browser and execute DELETE FROM menu_items. This is very inconvenient / difficult for the client.
