How much to make a client in Swift5?

Hello, I have a vpn app on the App Store, I would like to add IMCP over VPN as a protocol to my app.

How much would you charge to make a simple app that just has a connect button and the server details are entered in the code like "let ip = 123.123.123.123"

Does this also have encryption?
