Debug 툴을 생성하라

Add hoverhints.nvim

Motivation:
In this program, it doesn't check the API for errors, warnings, hints, etc. So, I want to help this program by checking spelling.

Modification:
Before, I didn't check for spelling, so I felt uncomfortable. However, after applying this plugin, I will be able to catch incorrect spellings

Result:

• Caught incorrect spellings
• Monitoring errors, warnings, hints, etc
