Move bs-leaflet off the reasonml-community org

Hey @jimexist

Since BuckleScript + Reason rebranded to ReScript, the reasonml-community org serves a different purpose now, so we'd like to figure out how to proceed with all the bs-* related projects in here.

Since you seem to be a contributor to this project, would it be possible to move this repo over to your own personal github handle? That way we can slowly clean up all the active / obsolete projects that are still in this org.

If you're not interested in taking ownership, I'd probably just move this project over to my personal handle in the meantime and give you access as a contributor.

Npm push access

Hey @jimexist, could you please give me npm push access? I'm doing some codemod in the community and would like to push new versions for certain packages, including this one. Likewise for bs-moment please.
