Move Right ignored in Half/Half controls (sporadic)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable half/half controls (if not already enabled)
2. Begin a new game
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sometimes the character doesn't move to the right when the player is pressing 
on the right side of the screen.  If you drag your finger around on the right 
side, it will register, but not if you're pressing in place.  This seems to 
resolve itself after a few tries.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
App version: b042213 Operating System: Android 2.3.4 Phone: T-mobile G2

Black Screen/Unresponsive upon launch

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the application.


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Main menu is expected, black screen is received instead.

Phone Model: Samsung Galaxy S3 (AT&T Samsung SAMSUNG-SGH-I747)

Login Verificiation Window Closes

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open application
2. Press "Login"
3. Open keyboard/change screen orientation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window that asks permission to use your google account should reopen when 
the main menu reloads.  It instead just loads the main menu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is just a bit of sub-optimal interface, not really a bug.

Crash to Home (sometimes even crash to reboot) on app start.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tap the icon to start the game.
2. ???
3. Profit. (Or lack there of, in this case.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a functioning title screen, main menu, then game. I get 
constant graphical glitches on the titlescreen, no buttons are clickable, and 
it CTD's in about ten seconds. Once, it actually crashed my entire phone, and 
rebooted it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
foxdashtwo_sr071313_notreq.apk (The current newest build.)

Hardware:
Samsung Galaxy Nexus running CyanogenMod 10.1 (Android 4.2.x)
No app collisions, no outdated apps, no kernel modifications.

Login causes force-close

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press "Login"
2. Press "Ok"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Presumably the app should redirect to an authentication page.  Instead, "The 
application Fox Dash Two (process com.kobaj.foxdashtwo) has stopped 
unexpectedly.  Please try again."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

No graphics displayed on new game (sporadic)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Could not reproduce

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I first began a new game, after the loading screen, the only thing visible 
was the blinking "touch here" arrow on the right.  Sound was fine, and as near 
as I could tell the level had loaded, but neither the level nor the character 
were visible on screen; just blackness.  I had previously messed around with 
the options before starting the new game, but even repeating my steps on a 
clean install didn't reproduce the problem.  Reported anyway, as it could be 
gamebreaking.
